How they work:
Just like disposable pads, Miss Ruby period panties come in Heavy, Regular and Light absorbency.
HEAVY panties are ideal for night-time use and use during your heavy days. The hidden waterproof layer stretches from your lower abdomen to your back so you have great coverage while standing, sitting or sleeping. It absorbs approximately 45ml. Change at least twice daily or as necessary especially if you have gushy flow.
REGULAR panties are trim and absorbent. The best of both worlds and ideal for use on your in between days. Holds up to 25ml. Change at least twice daily or as necessary.
LIGHT or liner panties are so trim you can almost use it any day of the month. They are ideal for the first (if you are a slow starter) or last day/days of your period. They are also really handy to use as backup with tampons or your cup. Absorbs up to 10ml. Change at least twice daily or as necessary.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PANTIES AND PADS
Never let your panties or pads dry out. Rinse immediately after use till water runs clear and add to your washing. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Line dry, may be tumble dried on low heat setting.
